Recent Achievement
Previously working for SMIT Subsea as Hyperbaric Welding Superintendent supervising hyperbaric platform repair Turkmenistan "Block 1 MDP A" for our client Momentum Engineering. I reviewed Powec Welding Engineering & Consultancy's' welding procedures and made critical changes that made it possible to get the mechanical properties required for this weld. I project managed the coding of 12 diver welders at the National Hyperbaric Center in Aberdeen Scotland for DCN. I successfully completed the coding phase one day ahead of schedule. 11 of the 12 diver welders passed coding. SMIT/DCN/Momentum required 8 diver welders to pass this coding.
Previously working for Dulam International as Senior Construction Superintendent responsible for the inspection of five platform tripods and PS1 the main production platform for Occidental Petroleum Qatar. I was responsible for ACFM inspection of all subsea welds, CVI on all sub sea welds, FMD on all members, GVI on all legs and braces, GVI on boat landings. C.P. readings on all members. U.T. readings on all members, riser and conductor surveys. Debris survey, scour survey, and pile insert survey.
Previously working for Dulam International as Project Manager responsible for the conversion of the DP class 2 Apache cable laying ship to a Dive Support Vessel. I was responsible for the IOEC lump sum price for completion of 135 tie in spools in Salman Field. I was responsible for a diving crew of 50 men and an additional 59 marine crew. I maintained a 9 man saturation team for the duration of the project and was responsible for crew changes, logistics, and the work scope. The diving operations involved the installation of 72 spool piece and hydro tight tie-ins. The largest spool weighing 68 tons. Phase -III - Lump sum Price for Completion of 135 Nos Tie in Spools for Salman Field Pipelines
Previously working for Dulam International as Senior Diving Superintendent.
