The two small mountains in the back ground are very near Nam O River. These two peaks can be seen in quiet a few of my photos. We have seen 3/1 Lemma in quiet a few firer fights just on the other side of this river.

Again I'm walking point armed with the M-79. It's getting dark so we will be setting up a night ambush sight soon. Once set up, claymore mines and trip flares are set out, and we will radio in our night pause to Combat Operation Center "COC". We radio in once every hour. Our COC call sign was "Money". Our call sign was "3-Bravo".

On our night ambushes two men are awake at all times. One will always position himself next to the M-60, claymore mine detonators, the radio, and starlight night scope.  We all take a one hour watch. Some times COC will put us on a 50% alert. Half of us need to be awake at one time.
